Return & Refund

At Twinera, we strive to provide premium quality clothing and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Manufacturing defect found

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact

  • An unboxing video is mandatory for damaged/wrong product claims

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sarees purchased during sale or discount offers

  • Customized or altered products

  • Minor color variations due to photography/lighting

  • Products damaged after use

 

3. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or bank account

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

 

4. Exchange Policy

Currently, we only offer exchanges for:

  • Wrong product received

  • Damaged or defective items

Exchange is subject to product availability.

 

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

 

6. How to Start a Return

Please mention your Order ID clearly in the email along with the reason for return.

Please note that approved returns must be sent to the following address:

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

 

7. Refund Timeline

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at twinera.official@gmail.com.
